Returns and refunds
If something is not right, we will put it right. Here is how it works.
30 day returns
You can return an unused product in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Just email us at hello@loftenhome.com with your order number and we will talk you through it.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Our 30 day window sits on top of that right, it does not replace it.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This applies regardless of our returns window. Email us and we will sort it quickly.
Faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know as soon as you can with a photo if possible, and we will make it right.
