Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Loften Home, a UK sole trader, at Strathclyde, Woodlands Park Road, Maidenhead, SL6 3NW, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@loftenhome.com.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Orders
We only sell what we physically hold in stock. On the rare occasion an item sells out at the same moment across our sales channels, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than keep you waiting.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act or the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our returns page for how cancellations and refunds work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
